The post-hospital program Is known for excellence in rehabilitation therapy for those needing care after a hospital stay following surgery, injury or illness. Services include physical, occupational and speech therapy, nursing care, medical monitoring and discharge planning. Our innovative Rehab Road simulates life at home and in the community to help with activities of daily living and a comfortable return home. Specialty therapies and respite care available. Memory care assisted living in The Willensky Residence, outpatient therapy; and community hospice and palliative care as well as care within Maltz Hospice House are additional options found at Daughters of Miriam.
